.::Salam Aidil Adha & Happy 2007::.

So today i woke up at the latest minute of early. Rushed into my favourite gold baju kurung and plain white tudung, looking nice and dainty and headed off to Masjid Alkaff (Potong Pasir) with mommy, daddy and Didi my chubby lil bro for the congregational Aidil Adha prayers which began at 0830 hrs and lasted about 45 mins. Then back home i ate a wholesome or rather huge breakfast. I just noticed that since yesterday on my day out with my hunny that i've started to have a big appetite. And well today it seems i just have a neverending liking to put yummy foods on my tongue and munch all day long like it's a normal thing. Oh gimme a break. After all, i weigh only 45 kilograms. It totally doesnt seem sinful for me to have a foodfest all week long! And all the eating in the morning after prayers made me very sleepy again. So i sneaked off to my parents' room and landed on the huge queen bed while my siblings jumped in a few mins later to indulge in another round of Pirates of the Caribbean - Dead Man's Chest in the privacy of the room's DVD system despite having already watched it just the previous night. With me snoozing anyway on the same bed, they had a great time watching the hilarious antics of Capt. Jack Sparrow...

1100 hrs time to get out of slumber again and head off to Masjid Jamek Queenstown for the Korban which is also the sacrificial ritual of slaughtering goats, lambs or cows whereby the animals are slain in accordance with the proper religious rites in which one third of the meat is then given to the individual who willingly supplied the animal, while the rest is given to the poor and deserving friends or relatives.

After all is done, back at home relatives await. And more food. Hahahaha.

I've got picturesto upload now.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
